CELEBRATING 10 YEARS - JULIE - LONGSTANDING TEAM MEMBER

Julie Wood joined the firm on 7th May 2001. Thats 10 years ago! Julie has made a large contribution to the firm over those ten years. We appreciate her input. I am sure clients appreciate the consistency of having long term relationships with their first point of contact within the firm.

CELEBRATING 10 YEARS - THE FIRM IS 10 YEARS YOUNG

On 27th March 2010 our firm celebrated 10 years of service to Rangiora and the Canterbury Region, even beyond.

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the depth, experience and enthusiasm of our team.  Most can now claim an association with the Firm of 3-9 years.
We also thank our clients for their custom and welcome new clients to our practice.

In addition to celebrating 10 years of service, we wish to announce and welcome to the Practice as an Associate, Chris Groube.  Chris joined the firm in January 2004 as a Chartered Accountant.  He has a B com (Ag) from Lincoln University majoring in Farm Management and Valuation and a B Com from Canterbury majoring in Accounting.  Chris gained membership to the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants in July 1989 and now has 24 years experience in both chartered and commercial accounting environments, including 7 years in Australia.

Long Term relationships enable efficient preparation of financial statements through knowledge of client affairs and enablement of Business and Personal goals.

You may be in Hong Kong, Fiji, Cairns (or even at home) - it is a simple procedure.

"Your Local Club or Charity" - Let your stewards/trustees have access to the organisations financial data at a time that is convenient to them.

Xero allows multiple users to access the same information. It may be your Board of Directors, it may be your Bank, it may be your manager. No need for photocopy runs or traditional distributions via mail or fax. Its all there in colour via your business Dashboard.

Question - Do we have to use Collins & Co - Chartered Accountants Ltd as our accountant if we use XERO? The short answer is no. Whilst we are a leading XERO advisor in Canterbury (and the first adopting firm in North Canterbury), we will respect your existing working relationships. We can and will provide product support to you. Your accountant can use the XERO content for preparation of Annual Financial Statements and tax positions.
