Follow these simple steps

1) Print and fill in our Automatic Payment Form

Note*
Monthly Automatic Payment for the full Xero system allowing you to create invoices, record accounts payable and
prepare GST returns is $50.00 per month (including GST). (
Xero would charge $49.50 + GST = $56.92 per month)

You can stop using your Xero ledger at any time if your circumstances change or you no longer wish to use Xero.
Simply cancel your Automatic Monthly Subscription Payment. We will cease using the ledger and there will be
no further cost to you


2) Print and fill in your Banks, Bank Feeds Form

ASB/BankDirect/Sovereign
BNZ
KiwiBank
NBS
SBS
TSB
Westpac


3) Post both completed forms to us at:
